What’s included in an initial visit:
- 1:1 nutrition consultation (60-90 min)
- Comprehensive review of your nutrition and health-related history including medical, familial and social history, laboratory data, medications, supplements, medical and functional tests, procedures, and nutrition-focused physical findings
- Development of your nutrition plan and supporting materials provided following the visit.
Follow-Up Visits:
- 1:1 individual nutrition consultation (45-60 minutes)
- Review, modify, update, provide additional instruction to nutrition plan.
- Frequency is determined at the end of each session depending on the time-frame agreed upon by the practitioner and client.
